Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide from the Sunshine Coast. Flooring is heavy freight, so we keep it honest: your delivery cost is calculated at checkout — based on order size, weight and where you are — before you pay a cent.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. From dispatch, typical timeframes are:
- South East Queensland: 2–5 business days
- Major metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates — freight schedules and weather can move them. If your job is booked against a date, tell us and we'll confirm timing before you order.
How it arrives
Flooring ships on pallets, delivered kerbside or to the nearest safe access point. Drivers can't carry boxes inside or upstairs, so have a hand ready on the day — a box of flooring is heavier than it looks. If access to your place is tight (steep driveway, narrow street, apartment block), mention it when you order and we'll plan around it.
When it lands
Check your order as it comes off the truck. If a carton or pallet looks knocked around, note it with the driver, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours — that window is what lets us claim against the freight company and sort you out fast. And never install a plank that looks damaged; installing is treated as accepting the goods.
Samples
Samples are free and go out by regular post to your letterbox — no freight, no waiting by the door.
